Talent Acquisition Specialist

I earned my bachelor’s degree in Child Development and have built my career around helping children, families, and the people who support them grow.

Before joining Aura, I worked in foster care and adoption services and later spent four years teaching Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten. Those experiences showed me how meaningful compassionate, consistent support can be in a child’s life.

In 2022, I joined Aura Behavioral Health as a Behavior Technician, where I gained firsthand experience supporting children and families through ABA. Today, as Aura’s Talent Acquisition Specialist, I help candidates explore opportunities, recognize their strengths, and begin careers where they can make a meaningful difference.

What I value most about Aura is its commitment to growth—not only for our clients, but also for our team. I am proud to be part of a collaborative, clinician-led organization where people genuinely support one another and share a passion for helping children reach their potential.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring the outdoors with my dog, baking, practicing yoga, and spending time with my family.
