Danielle Pavia
Director of Clinical ServicesI'm a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) with over 17 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Since starting as a behavior technician in 2007, I’ve worked in nearly every role across clinical and administrative domains — including trainer, mid-level supervisor, BCaBA, regional supervisor, and now Director of Clinical Services.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Communicative Disorders and Deaf Studies, a master’s degree in Special Education, and a California teaching credential. I'm licensed to practice in the state of Oregon and am passionate about delivering ethical, person-centered, and evidence-based care.
Throughout my career, I’ve led teams, mentored clinicians, built systems, and driven clinical quality across diverse service settings. My focus remains on empowering individuals, supporting families, and developing strong clinical teams that make meaningful change.
