Danielle Pavia
Director of Clinical ServicesI am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst with more than 17 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis. I began my career as a Behavior Technician in 2007 and have since served in a wide range of clinical and leadership roles, including Trainer, Mid-Level Supervisor, BCaBA, Regional Supervisor, and now Director of Clinical Services at Aura Behavioral Health.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Communicative Disorders and Deaf Studies, a master’s degree in Special Education, and a California teaching credential. I am also licensed to practice behavior analysis in Oregon.
Throughout my career, I have remained passionate about ethical, person-centered, and evidence-based care. In my current role, I focus on strengthening clinical quality, mentoring clinicians, developing effective systems, and supporting teams so they can provide meaningful, individualized care to children and families.
What I value most about Aura is our commitment to remaining clinician-led, collaborative, and focused on doing what is right for the people we serve. I am proud to help build strong clinical teams that feel supported, continue to grow, and create lasting change for our clients and families.
