Client Care Manager

I began my journey with Aura Behavioral Health in 2023 as a Behavior Technician. Since then, I have grown into the roles of Client Care Coordinator and now Client Care Manager. With a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and firsthand experience supporting clients, I understand how meaningful it is for families to feel informed, welcomed, and supported from the very beginning.

I am passionate about helping families navigate the process of accessing services and making each step feel as smooth and reassuring as possible. I also enjoy collaborating with our team to strengthen communication, solve challenges, and ensure both our clients and employees have the support they need to succeed.
