I am an Operations Manager at Aura Behavioral Health. I hold a bachelor’s degree in History from the University of California, Merced, and began my journey in ABA in 2022. I started as an Administrator, where I gained experience in recruitment, client coordination, and day-to-day office operations. Before that, I spent several years in the hospitality world as a Director of Administration for a hospitality chain — an experience that gave me a strong foundation in operational efficiency, cross-functional support, and people-centered leadership.

What I enjoy most about working in ABA is helping the helpers. I’m passionate about making sure our staff feel seen, supported, and equipped with the tools they need to thrive. Whether it's jumping in to solve a problem, streamlining a process, or celebrating small wins, I do my best to foster a culture of gratitude and collaboration across the organization.

When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me reading, paddleboarding, or hanging out with my hognose snake, Charlotte. I like to keep things light, stay approachable, and always be available when someone needs a hand. Let's connect!
