Lead BT & Trainer

I am the Lead Behavior Technician and Trainer at Aura Behavioral Health. I joined Aura in 2023 as a Registered Behavior Technician and have worked in the ABA field for five years. Altogether, I have more than 18 years of experience supporting children in school settings, ABA programs, and as a nanny.

In my current role, I train and support both new Behavior Technicians and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians as they build their skills and confidence. I studied Early Childhood Education at Woodland Community College and Sacramento City College, and I am currently completing my psychology degree at Arizona State University.

What I enjoy most is working one-on-one with children and helping them learn, grow, and become more independent in their everyday lives. Seeing a child accomplish a goal—no matter how small it may seem—is incredibly meaningful and one of the reasons I love the work I do.
