I began my journey in ABA in 2023 after studying psychology. I spent two years working directly with children and families as a Registered Behavior Technician before transitioning to Aura’s administrative team.

My experience in the field gave me a strong understanding of how important thoughtful, consistent scheduling is for both families and staff. I now use that perspective to create schedules that reduce disruptions, support our team, and help ensure every client receives dependable, high-quality care. I enjoy helping connect the clinical and administrative sides of ABA to make the experience smoother for everyone.
