POSITION DETAILS
As a Program Coordinator at Aura Behavioral Health, you will work under the guidance of Clinical and BCBA Supervisors to support the delivery of high-quality ABA services in home, school, and community settings. This is a growth-focused position that provides foundational experience in assessment, treatment planning, and team collaboration.
Essential Functions:
· Assist with the administration of functional behavior assessments and skill-based evaluations
· Help develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans
· Provide direct oversight, coaching, and support to Registered Behavior Technicians
· Monitor and summarize client progress through accurate data collection and analysis
· Support parent and caregiver training as directed by the supervising clinician
· Attend team meetings and collaborate with external providers as needed
· Maintain organized and timely documentation from intake through discharge
· Apply a variety of ABA techniques, including DTT, NET, PECS, and naturalistic teaching strategies
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
· A bachelor’s degree and educational coursework completed in the areas of applied behavior analysis, marriage and family therapy, child development, special education, psychology, or related field
· BCaBA certification, QASP-S, or similar
· Demonstrated understanding of ABA principles and behavioral intervention practices
· Must pass a criminal background check
· Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
