POSITION DETAILS
As a Clinical Supervisor at Aura Behavioral Health, you will play a key role in supporting clinical teams through direct client care, supervision, and training. You’ll guide RBTs and junior clinicians in delivering high-quality ABA services while contributing to the development and success of each client’s care plan.
Essential Functions:
· Conduct and supervise functional behavior assessments, verbal behavior assessments, and skill-based assessments
· Design, implement, and provide training on individualized ABA programs, including language, play-based, and daily living skills curricula
· Develop ABA treatment plans focused on communication, skill acquisition, and adaptive behavior
· Oversee RBTs and Program Supervisors, providing regular feedback and coaching
· Collect, graph, analyze, and present data to evaluate program effectiveness
· Collaborate with parents and caregivers through regular training sessions
· Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and external provider coordination
· Uphold ethical standards and ensure compliance with BACB supervision guidelines
· Apply advanced knowledge of ABA techniques including DTT, NET, PECS, and other skill-based curricula
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
· A master’s degree and educational coursework completed in applied behavior analysis, marriage and family therapy, child development, special education, psychology, or related field
· BCaBA certification, QASP-S, or similar
· Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and verbal behavior assessments with children with autism
· Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and experience with complex behavior profiles
· Must pass a criminal background check
· Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
